Dear Mike,

MDOsprey is limited to 600 subscribers.  This costs me about $1,200 a year
to maintain.  I don't mind shouldering this burden, for now, but be aware
that my pockets are not bottomless nor am I interested in taking donations
from people.  Given that Pennsylvania's population is 12.3 million as
opposed to Maryland's population of about 5.3 millions, it would appear I am
serving a much larger proportion of the population.
