Had a wire struck from a tree to a fence post in my backyard.  It  supported 
three feeders and a wren box.
Last night there was a terrific boom and a shower of sparks.   Lightening 
apparently hit the wire and exploded the fence post.  Three wren  eggs are in the 
box.  Re-hung the box nearby, but have not seen any  activity yet.
