After having no hummingbirds so far this year I FINALLY have one - a female - making regular visits to my two feeders.  She's been showing up since Sunday.  I don't know if this is one of "my" hummingbirds - the pair that I've been feeding for the past 3 summers and that nest nearby.  She flies in the same direction as where the nest has been previously so I'm hoping it's the same bird and that the male is around too.  Where have they been?  I'm glad they're back.

Hi, List!

After an absence of some weeks (to the best of my knowledge) a hummer (assuming 
a male Rubythroat) made a stop at the homesite feeder the eve of the 10th.  I 
was told to expect that activity at the feeder would slow after April.  Hope 
this means that the "tide" has turned...
