MD Osprey:

Way back in 1997, the MD/DC Records Committee added Henslow's Sparrow
to the review list, but only if seen east of Allegany County, since
the species had become extirpated from its previous range on the
Eastern Shore and any sightings outside of Allegany or Garrett County
were few and far between.

So, this Montgomery County sighting is "reviewable" ... written
reports and photos are welcome.

Thanks!

Phil
