I just spoke with Jim Green again (my phone seems not to have been  damaged). 
He gave me the address and approximate location for this great county  bird. 
 
Address: 23021 Club Hollow Rd. Poolesville (?) It is on NIH property, what  
he called the "monkey farm" in a grassy field down a swale from a house inside  
the fence. His cell number is 301-742-0036, and he said he will take calls as

PS, he said they have gotten one brief look at the bird, but it isn't  really
