Rick and MDOsprey:

We just returned from western Montgomery (11:45 a.m. June 16).

After a 90-minute wait, from 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., during which period
the Henslow's sang pretty much all the time, we finally got to see
the bird through the scope. As Gail said yesterday, a terrific bird
for Montgomery.

Just before we left, Lydia Schindler, Anna Urciolo, and Paul O' Brien
arrived and set up watch.

The swale beyond the chain link fence across from #23021 Club Hollow
Rd. is where it is hanging out, same as on Sunday. Best viewing is
from the edge of the road just about at the crest, where higher
elevation gives one a clear view over the top of the fence into the
(very long) grass the other side.

If you go, please park as much off the road as you can, and stay away
from the fence. NIH Security comes by from time to time.
