Having spent every Saturday and Sunday on the North East River/Susquahanna Flats since Memorial Day, I have watched the gull numbers steadily increase from near zero to over 100. Mostly these are Ring-billed but a few Laughing Gulls are beginning to show up. Tern number will continue to increase too as post-breeders begin there late summer wonderings...
