Around noon today there were several nice shorebirds resting and feeding on
the Pickering Creek pond that is beside the Observation Deck:
    Stilt Sandpiper - 1;
    Short-billed Dowitcher - 4;
    Lesser Yellowlegs - 10;
    Semipalmated Sandpiper - 6;
    Spotted Sandpiper - 1;
    Killdeer - several.

While watching these, one Bank Swallow came by, along with several Barn
Swallows.

The note below from Talbot Bird Club member Vince deSanctis affirms that the
Dickcissel reported last week as being in the field north of the White Marsh
Cemetery was still there in early afternoon today.

Went to the church grounds at 2p.m today and ran into the Bachman's. Lo and
behold at exactly 2p.m. up popped the Dickcissel.
