A friend and I saw four sandpipers walking on the floating mats of 
green goo at the Havre de Grace promenade yesterday, right where it 
joins the parking lot. I didn't have binoculars so I couldn't get a 
good look at them, but I haven't seen peeps there before. I am sure 
it isn't worth driving over there to see if they're still around, but 
maybe someone local might like to check them out.
