This may already be crystal clear to everyone, but just in case it isn't...

Switching to a different email provider is not the same as switching to a different ISP (internet service provider). You still would have your existing account with Comcast or MSN. Your existing email address with Comcast or MSN would continue to exist. You are just signing up for an additional free email address with Yahoo, Gmail, or whomever you choose. You would then use this new email address for the MDOsprey list.
