I really appreciate all the effort Norm has gone to to act as the defacto list keeper for MD Osprey.  I am one of the hotmail users who were unsubscribed from the listserve and resubscribed using a Yahoo account.

My question is really quite simple.  Hotmail is a web-based e-mail that does not rely on an Internet service provider (ISP)  (i.e. you can access it from anywhere with a computer and Internet connection).  How are we sure that it is going to happen with say a Yahoo account or any other web-based e-mail service, and not experience the same kind of problems again in the near future?

I am not an IT person but this problem sounds (and I know that LSOFT folks will claim up and down that this is not the case), perhaps their software has been corrupted by a computer virus or some other issue.

Norm, thank you again for all you do; we all appreciate it.  Back to the birds.

Thanks,

Matt

Overnight the following hotmail and msn users were deleted from MDOsprey:

Danny McGregor, Suzanne Richman, Jan Depuy, Dale Murphy, Hans Holbrook, and
Matt Olear

A further 61 hotmail, msn, and comcast users are on the verge of being
deleted.

Best,

Norm
