Hotmail is indeed web-based, but it is affiliated with MSN. Thus MSN's
policies apply to hotmail. If MSN has a problem, hotmail likely will, too.
There is no guarantee that Yahoo or Gmail addresses will never have a
problem - it just hasn't happened so far.
By the way, there are people with MSN addresses whose provider is
actually Verizon. I haven't heard of any problems with their emails -
have you, Norm? Or maybe you have no way to know?
