I was at the North Beach marsh with Robin Todd from approximately 3:30 to 4 or later this afternoon. The Red-necked Phalarope was present most of that time spinning wildly in the back of the center of the pond. Other shorebirds present included Semi Plover, Killdeer, Spotted Sand, Lesser Yellowlegs, Semi Sand, Western Sand, Least Sand, and Short-billed Dowitcher.
