This an addendum to Gail Mackiernan's earlier post to include birds  
seen in the Maintenance Yard.  Dan Eberly and Steven Doman (a visiter  
from the UK) provided an account of most of the birds reported as  
follows:

Warblers:
Worm-eating
Magnolia  2
Black-throated Green
Black-and-white
Yellowthroat  2
Chestnut-sided

Other migrants:
Yellow-billed Cuckoo
SWAINSON'S THRUSH (first of the fall in yard)
Veery
YELLOW-BELLIED FLYCATCHER

Yellow-throated Vireo  3
Red-eyed Vireo  3
Ruby-throated Hummongbird
