Just as I powered up my computer (on dialup, grrr), Paul Pisano texted me to say that he had two SOOTY TERNS downriver from Hains Point.  

I am heading over there as soon as I can.  

BTW at 2 pm the center of Hanna was near Williamsburg, Virginia.
