Kevin Graff asked me via text msg to post for him that he saw an 
juvenile Long-tailed Jaeger flying south at 2:09PM from the fishing 
pier at North Point State Park Baltimore County (on the Bay). Also saw 
2 Black Terns, 2 Common Terns, 1 Turnstone, 4 common gull species.
