Greetings,

At 3 PM today, Sept 12th, a turquoise colored bird with white head and 
gray striped wings landed on my feeder along with the flock of House 
Sparrows.

I live at 514 Silver Spring Ave. (intersection of Nolte and Silver 
Spring Ave.)  The parakeet (?) has been hanging around for over an hour 
now.  Sadly it does not seem to know about cats.  Also I have a Sharp 
Shinned Hawk watching my feeder all of the time.

I am not sure what to do.  I notified our local internet group and 
included a picture.  I will attach the photo with this message.
