Just had a single CCSP on Assateague: with a little flock of Field Sparrows, along the shell road in the State Park, which leads N from the main enterance road. The flock was around the first open area E of the shell road, maybe 250 feet N of the gate. The flock was quite skittish and it took some time to see the CCSP well and photograph it. At the end, something spooked it, and (I think) it flew off high to the southwest towards the main road, though I couldn't be 100 percent sure it was the bird that flew off (none of the other birds did).
