Hi all,

I just wanted to post a quick note about some birds from yesterday, 10 October 2008.  After trying for the Calliope at Jim Stasz's house, I checked a few spots on the way home.  North Beach (CAL CO) \ had a small flock of SEMIPALMATED PLOVER'S (8) and not much else.  The pier at Herrington Harbor (AA CO.) had one first cycle LESSER BLACK-BACKED GULL perching among the commoner species, and just as I was about to leave a NASHVILLE WARBLER flew in off of The Bay.  Back home along Lower Pindell Road, a/the juv. CONNECTICUT WARBLER continued in the very same spot where it was seen last week (it was not found this morning)!!

Good Birding!
