Hi Everyone,

Results from our weekly count at Bayside at Assateague are below. Prior to our count we saw one Northern Bobwhite beside the road in the state park. It was nice to see Brant flying south in small groups of 5 to 16. Mike Walsh picked out a single Black and White Warbler among the many Myrtles. I was listening and watching for Pine Siskins, given all the recent reports, but we did not detect any.

The closest we came to Mark Hoffman's Western Kingbird (found and photographed yesterday) was on the viewing screen of his camera.

Another good morning nonetheless!

Have fun,

Ron Gutberlet
