The immature Mourning Warbler was still present at the Elkhorn Garden Plots this morning (10/17) in the in the plot with squash vines on the south side which borders Oakland Mills Rd in Columbia. I also had what I think was a Dickcissel in Baltimore City along Washington Blvd north of Carroll Park around noon. I heard a repeated "electric buzzer" call and saw a pale, finch-like bird the size of a House Sparrow flying overhead. It landed in some weeds along the RR tracks near the Montgomery Park offices but I could not relocate it.
