Kevin Graff reports (via phone with John Dennehy talking) seeing a 
Reeve (female Ruff) in a plowed field by Handy Point & Fairlee Roads 
in northern Kent Co near Great Oak pond this afternoon around 4:15.

(If I am interpreting this right using Google Maps, that would be Rts 
298 & 514, a few miles east of Great Oak Pond. The connection was poor 
so it was hard to get the directions clearly. Presumably Kevin will 
post more when he gets home and provide clarification as necessary.)
