I've asked those same questions - so here's the answers:

Cromwell Valley
Enter the park at the Willow Grove Farm entrance. Cross a bridge and park in the parking area on your left. Walk from the parking area on the paved road to a picnic area on your left. That is the location of the hawk watch.

Druid Ridge Cemetery
The Pine Siskins were found in the treeline along the northwest side of the cemetery.

If you enter from the Park Heights Ave, after crossing the bridge take the first right - this will take you past the Maintenance Building. Take the next right and just stay on the road with the treeline on your right. It is in this treeline (hemlocks) where the Pine Siskins have been seen.

If you enter from the Reisterstown Rd entrance, bear to your left and follow the road toward the treeline that will be on your left.

On the side of the treeline and at an intersection, look for a headstone with the name Tunstall. The Pine Siskins were seen in the hemlocks behind it. The intersection has a prominent headstone with a name staring with "D'A" (or something like that).
