Hi all,
   Since I know some people are trying to decide whether to look for the Greater White-fronted Goose tomorrow, I thought I would post a couple pieces of encouraging news.

1) I heard through the grape vine (I am not sure who to attribute the sighting to) that the bird was seen today at midday. So when it left at 7:45 this morning it was not for good.

2) While taking out the trash just now (11 pm) I took a peek at the pond. There are some geese present (there were none at sunset), though it was too dark to see if anyone of them is a GWFG.
