There was a Red-throated Loon at Tridelphia, seen from Greenbridge Rd in Montgomery County. The bird was best seen from the boat ramp area. It was in the middle of the reservoir and at the entrance of a cove on the Howard County side. 

I saw the loon from on 12/07 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. It was still present when I left and others were still enjoying it. 

5 Bald Eagles were seen in the sky at the same time.
