This morning Pine Siskins visited my feeders for the first time this year. Though I have seen occasional fly-overs previously about a dozen birds fed mostly on sunflower seeds with only one bird taking thistle seeds. They stayed about an hour. 

   A first for the yard was an immature White-crowned Sparrow that fed on the ground under a spruce tree.
