Dear All

Just a quick note to report that frank Hawkins and I saw a really nice pale 1st yr Kumlien's Gull on the Anacostia Rvr by Poplar Pt this morning at about 8am.  In exactly the same place as last saturday's bird but completely different being a beautiful pale individual.  Also an adult Lesser Black-back a little further upstream.  The only other bird of note being a single Pine Siskin flying around the Tidal Basin.
