Had a pleasant winter afternoon walk from Brush Run (street) to Lake Elkhorn in east Columbia, Howard County.  Highlights were two Pine Siskins at the end of Brush Run, three more siskins around the upper end of Lake Elkhorn, a Yellow-bellied Sapsucker farther up the path to Oakland Mills Road, and a Fox Sparrow in the brush just east of Lake Elkhorn.  Also heard a Winter Wren near Brush Run.
