Add 3 Common Mergansers, out in the river along the drive beyond the first 
turn off.  I forget exact gender ratio, but at least one each of both sexes. 
Can't recall what flavor the third one was.

After enjoying the Tufted Duck at Cambridge, I located an adult Ross'Goose 
at pool 3B at Blackwater, about 3:15 p.m.

10+ White Pelicans were also present out in the marsh opposite 3B.  A Merlin 
showed briefly by 3D.  And a male Harrier put on a nice show at the visitor 
center entrance.
