Hi Everyone,

The African Pied Crow was at Southwest Area Park Saturday afternoon. After spending an hour watching the sparrows at the boat launch ( Juvenile White Crowned , Chipping , Whitethroats , Song, along with Robins , Cardinals, Chickadee, Mockingbird , and Coopers Hawk) i spent the last hour of daylight at the Playground area watching the Crows (200 or so ) foraging in the ground . They were spread all over . The Pied Crow joined the group of about 20 on the corner of the parking lot for about 30 seconds then flew off being chased again by a few but then landed in the trees with others and then they all headed Northwest. I followed some of the Crows as far as Carrol Park off Washington Blvd. They were heading more west now . Can anyone tell me where they are roosting .? I was guessing Leakin Park? Further ?
