Fill your birdbaths, banded mockingbird in DC, yard birds in S FRED CO

The rise in temps today prompted me to re-fill mine and i was immediately rewarded by a Mockingbird who was thirsty enough to come get a looooooong drink even though i was standing not 6 feet away at the time.  

LATE POST:
I meant to mention earlier, that on 1/8/09 i noticed a Mockingbird at the east side of the Sculpture Garden (on the Mall in DC) with a silver band on it's (if i remember  correctly) right leg...

Yard birds:
Most notably, the Siskins continue in numbers approaching 12 to 18.  Juncos remain scarce here this year for some reason.  I probably have some Kinglets hanging around, but they have eluded my attempts to ID them positively this season.  My resident Yellow-bellied Sapsucker has not been seen on the deciduous Magnolia this weekend...
