I stopped off at the cemetery at 2:55. Dan Haas was already there. I went to
check the backside of the row of hemlocks. I heard the birds arrive and
stepped back out in front. Dan was waving and pointing. We watched a flock
of 25 feeding on the tops of the trees, maybe ten trees in from the west
end. It was 3:05. They were there maybe five minutes, hop-scotching towards
the west end when the flock startled and flew off, heading southwest from
the hemlocks.
