Excellent.  I checked several streets on a brief trip into work but didn't check 2nd Street.  With the stron NW wind off the river, the owl found a more sheltered perch there than at the Lab.

Another caveat to birders visiting Oxford (sorry I didn't note this earlier) - Please obey the town speed limit of 25 mph religiously. The Oxford Police enforce the limit rigorously, and ALL the way out to the highway past the Fire House.
