Dear All

Paul Pisano, Ian Davies and I did a little tour of the Tidal Basin, Hains and Anacostia this am.  I left them at 8.30am so they have found more but we did see the following of note -

Anacostia - Long-tailed Duck under the S Capitol St bridge
Hains Pt - WW Scoter same place as yesterday, 4 Horned Grebes

Lots of looking at gulls but nothing of any note.  Many fewer gulls caught up with than last week.
