The drake Barrow's Goldeneye was present at Jefferson Patterson Park today. I watched it for about an hour from around 1 to 2. Initially, he was close to shore just out from the wooden bench north of the ANSCER pier. He moved south and further out with a small flock of Common Goldeneyes. Viewing conditions were near perfect when the bird was closer to shore.
