Snowy Owl at Fort McHenry (02-19)

Jim Peters got a call this afternoon from Fort McHenry rangers reporting a Snowy Owl. The owl was spotted at after 9:00 am on the fence surrounding the fort. The Fort opens at 8:00 am. Keith Eric Costley Randallstown, Baltimore County, MD
