Over the past week, I've noticed a steady decline in the raptor
population in Anne Arundel County.

Monday the 16th:
-1 Red-Tailed Hawk (in the median of Rt 2 South across from the
Severna Park Bowling Alley)

Monday the 23rd:
-1 Red-Shouldered Hawk (on the north side of Route 97 Northbound,
about 1/2 mile from where 97 begins in Annapolis)
-1 Turkey Vulture (on the ext ramp from Route 3 North getting on to Rt
97 towards Annapolis in Millersville)

Tuesday the 24th:
-1 Female American Kestrel (in the middle of Spa Road, near the
intersection of Forest Drive)

Always a sad sight to see on the roads.

Drive Safe,
