This morning (Feb 25th) at the South Area of Centennial Park, around 8:45 AM, I saw one female White-winged Crossbill perched in the top of a Douglas Fir between the parking lot and the picnic tables (the tree was on the uphill side of the parking lot). As described in earlier posts, use the main park entrance off Route 108, turn left and follow the road until it ends near a pavilion. In the same spot, I also heard a Killdeer flying overhead and later saw two Red-tailed Hawks sitting close together in a big tree along Folly Quarter Road just west of Sheppard Lane.
