This evening at the Cumberland Terminus there were about 30 RING-BILLED
GULLS on the tiniest spit of land just starting to emerge from the Potomac
River. Also of note was a single female GREATER SCAUP, and the PEREGRINE
FALCON was seen again on its perch high atop the Allegany County Courthouse.
