This morning around 8:30am the Sandhill Crane, found by JB Churchill, was
seen at its location in the field directly north east of Piney Reservoir in
Garrett County.  My girlfriend Colleen and I arrived around 8:15 and didn't
see the crane.  Mike Burchett soon showed up with his friend Betsy and took
up the search.  Colleen and I left to search the fields farther north of the
reservoir.  We soon got a call from Mike saying the crane was feeding on top
of the hill.  Satisfactory scope views were had by all.

The Greater White-fronted Goose was feeding in the same field as well, along
with about 50 Canadas.
