Drove to Ocean City Inlet and birded the inlet, then drove to Truitt's Landing Rd, and finally Salisbury Landfill. The nice weather made birding at the inlet far more manageable then it was a month ago. Inlet highlights included a Female KING EIDER, which Daniel Lebbin spotted from the bell tower, all three SCOTER species, RED-BREASTED MERGANSER. Daniel posted a more complete list already. Also met Anna Urlico as well.

Along Truitt's Landing Road, there were plenty of SNOW GEESE, with some blue phase, GREEN-WINGED TEAL, several NORTHERN HARRIER.

Salisbury Landfill included LESSER BLACK-BACKED GULL, and the 1st year ICELAND GULL. No Thayer's Gull but I did not stay long.

Happy Birding!
