If anybody knows where the question marks come from, please post the 
solution to the list. I see this in a lot of people's emails and find it 
very irritating. Initially I thought e-Bird was doing it, but now I'm 
not so sure. Maybe it's anytime somebody posts from a cell phone or 
other portable device?
