Notes:     In the Northern Hemisphere spring officially began at 7:44 a.m. ET on Friday, March 20, 2009, the vernal equinox, or spring equinox. I began spring at the Little Patuxent Oxbow Lake Nature Preserve. The 62 Cedar Waxwings were in a tree in front of my home in the Russett Community.
