This report was also mentioned in the WASH POST as was the first news i saw re the DC Snowy.  I don't want to start a conservative vs liberal war here, but all newspapers are in big trouble these days and it's cetainly in all of our interests to support them as much as possible.  Without them we are going to be increasingly at the mercy of the scondrels who want to pillage our natural not to mention financial resources - it's worth thinking about...
