Patterson Park - Do 3 swallows make a spring?

On this morning's walk to work through Patterson Park in Baltimore, I noticed 2 Northern Rough-winged Swallows swooping around low over the lake, and then they were joined by a Tree Swallow. The Rough-wings seem to be on the early side.

Feels like spring! Good birding.
