Birders,

The Harris's Sparrow was seen today for a few minutes between 3 pm - 4 pm
(and
perhaps again after I left at 4 pm) on the dirt path in the woods accessed
from the Columbia Association path off the entrance drive.

We heard it sing before it appeared. After a while on the ground feeding on

seeds it flushed to the fence line close by to the west. This is all in a
fairly small area of woods within sight of the back of the building. You
have
a partial view of their feeders through the trees.

If feeding is discontinued in the woods, going around the right of the
building would be the best bet as then you have a direct view of their
feeders
and the area underneath.

Good luck,
