This morning (4/6) at Forebay Pond upstream of Lake Elkhorn in Howard County I saw 5 Rusty Blackbirds, 9 Hooded Mergansers (all females), a male Purple Finch and 2 Pine Siskins.  I did not see the Blue-winged Teal that were there over the weekend.
