Dan & I walked the Choate Mine & Dolfield trails at Soldiers Delight 
yesterday evening.  As we walked out of the woods, we were serenaded by 
a Hermit Thrush.  First time I've heard a hermit thrush song that was 
not on tape and it was a lovely finale to a relatively birdless (26 
species) walk! 

Very little bird activity, but birds of note:

Barred Owl (calling only)
Eastern Phoebe
Hermit Thrush
Pine Warbler
Field Sparrow
Chipping Sparrow
