Joe Byrnes, Jeff Culler, and myself birded Charles County today 4/1/09. We had 76 species in Charles County. 

Our most notable birds were: 

BRANT (Atlantic type), Long-tailed Duck, Red-throated Loon, and Northern Gannet at Cobb Island. 

BLACK SCOTER - female at Popes Creek. 

Tundra Swans and Northern Shovelers at Allens Fresh.
