I hit the C&O this AM. Found a mix bunch of swallows feeding at the mouth of
the Monocacy, the river that sounds like a disease. There were BARN, TREE
and ROUGH-WINGED for sure and possibly some Bank in there, but I have
trouble IDing those if they aren't perched.
Also a nice look at a male PILEATED. Only warbler seen was YELLOW-RUMPED,
but I also heard a PARULA. Also first of year BLUE-GRAY GNATCATCHER. Several
PHOEBE'S.
